Uttar Pradesh is all set to host Skill Samagam & Rozgaar Mahakumbh 2025, a mega convergence of skills, jobs, and innovation that promises to transform the employment landscape of the state. The event will bring together job seekers, corporate leaders, policymakers, skill councils, and global recruiters.

Skill Samagam is envisioned as India’s premier skill and employment conclave, a platform where:

- Industry leaders, government bodies, and academicians collaborate.

- Skill development strategies for the future are discussed.

- Innovative training models, digital tools, and AI solutions are showcased.

- Youth are introduced to emerging skills and global career pathways.

This year, the Samagam is aligned with Rozgaar Mahakumbh 2025, making it a dual celebration of jobs and skills.

The event features an AI Training Pavilion, featuring digital skill development sessions led by industry experts and futuristic job-readiness platforms. A job and skill exhibition, alongside a national conference with corporates and policymakers, will explore the future of work, skill trends, and entrepreneurship.

Start-ups and youth-focused stalls, such as the Mukhyamantri Yuva Stall, will spotlight self-employment schemes and innovations, supported by 10 sector skill councils.

Senior dignitaries including Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Labour Minister Anil Rajbhar, and key officials such as Dr. M.K. Shanmugam Sundaram and Neha Prakash, among others, will inaugurate panels and sessions emphasizing sectors like AI, sustainability, and entrepreneurship.
