The Lucknow Contemporary Indian Art Fair (CIAF)-2025 organised by Florescence Art Gallery was inaugurated on 9th February.
Mukesh Meshram, the principal secretary for tourism and culture, opened the show alongside gallery patron SP Singh, Naveen Kumar Kannaujia, the chairman of the Lucknow Public Schools and Colleges, regional commissioner (EPFO) Lucknow, Jay Tripathi, and art critic, historian, and author Johnny ML.
This art expo, which is organised by the Florescence Gallery in Lucknow, features 120 pieces of art (including paintings, sculptures, ceramics, and needlework) created by 38 contemporary young and experienced artists from several states, including Bihar, West Bengal, New Delhi, Odisha, and Uttar Pradesh.
In addition to being an event, the "Lucknow Contemporary Indian Art Fair" is a cultural gathering that features talks by modern artists and intellectuals as well as discussions on the difficulties facing art. It exhibits a seamless fusion of custom and modern viewpoints. Even if the artwork on exhibit conveys human feeling, it appears like the artist is painting from memory.
With captivating sculptures and eye-catching paintings, there are tales to be found around every corner. Together, let's appreciate art and make this a memorable fair.
When: Till 23rd February.
