On the occasion of World Environment Day, Lucknow’s Farmers Market is set to host a heartwarming and impactful event under the banner “Beej: Sowing Seeds of Joy”, bringing together farmers, environmentalists, local artisans, families, and young changemakers in a celebration of sustainability, community, and the Earth.

This year’s World Environment Day theme —"Putting an End to Plastic Pollution". This year, the focus is on addressing the global issue of plastic waste and its impact on ecosystems and human health.

Lucknow Farmers Market has been propagating locally grown fruit into saplings, planting and growing to trees through our Beej initiative since 2016.
