On February 3, Jigme Khesar Namgyal Wangchuk, King Of Bhutan arrived in Lucknow, where UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath met him at the airport.

The King of Bhutan is scheduled to meet with the Governor and other high-ranking officials at the Raj Bhavan, according to sources. He is also anticipated to tour some of the historical sites in old Lucknow. Senior security and administrative personnel will accompany him on the tour.

In anticipation of the King of Bhutan's arrival, the police administration, intelligence services, and security forces are on high alert. Special security forces, CCTV surveillance, and anti-drone systems have been implemented. During the program, special security circles have been established at Raj Bhavan, Hotel Taj, and other significant locations.

The traffic police have made it clear that even on restricted routes, necessary services like ambulances, school vehicles, and hearse vehicles would be permitted.
