Lucknow's hospitality sector is set for a major boost as global hotel group Accor has announced plans for its third and largest property in the city — the Novotel Lucknow Convention Centre in Sushant Golf City.

The upcoming five-star hotel will feature 168 rooms, a large convention centre, and a range of premium hospitality amenities aimed at business travellers, event organisers and tourists. Once operational, it will become Accor's biggest presence in Lucknow, complementing its existing properties, Novotel Lucknow Gomti Nagar and Mercure Lucknow Ekana.

The project highlights the growing importance of Sushant Golf City as a hub for hospitality, business events and urban development. With major sporting venues, residential projects and commercial investments coming up in the area, the new Novotel is expected to strengthen Lucknow's position as a destination for conferences, exhibitions and large-scale events.

Industry experts believe the addition of a modern convention centre will help attract more national and international business gatherings, supporting tourism and economic growth in the city.
