Lucknow’s love for Urdu poetry is getting another special evening this September. Koshala Literature Festival, in association with Lucknow Museum of Heritage and Art (LMHA), is hosting Harf: A Celebration of Stories on September 26, 2026.

The evening will explore the life, times and poetry of legendary Urdu poet Mir Taqi Mir, offering audiences a glimpse into the golden era of Urdu literature and Lucknow’s rich cultural heritage.

Acclaimed speakers Ajay Jain and Himanshu Bajpai will lead the discussion, combining literary insights with stories from Mir’s fascinating life and times. Whether you already love Urdu poetry or simply want to discover more about Lucknow’s literary legacy, this promises to be an engaging evening.
