The acquisition of land for four new housing projects: Wellness City, IT City, Educational City, and Prabandhnagar will soon begin by the Lucknow Development Authority. These projects, which cover a variety of regions and involve major infrastructure investments, were approved by LDA Chairperson Roshan Jacob.
The design for the Wellness City that will be built on Sultanpur Road has been made public by the Lucknow Development Authority. In roughly 77 acres, nearly 2000 plots will be developed. In contrast, 362.4 acres will be used for the construction of apartments, or group housing. There will be more than 10,000 of them.
There will be roughly 17% greenery in this new settlement. About 204 acres will be turned into parks. This colony's development is currently underway. The purchase project is nearing completion.
According to Prathamesh Kumar, vice president of the Lucknow Development Authority, Wellness City will adhere to all international norms. Living conditions, medical care, and other arrangements will be of the highest calibre. The colony's development will shortly begin. It will feature a super speciality hospital, a meditation centre, a medical college, and a Vipassana centre. The renowned Aminabad medicine market in Lucknow will also be introduced to this city.
All things considered, this project is a major investment in Lucknow's development and infrastructure, with the goal of improving the city's housing, industrial, educational, and medical facilities.
