Aerolloy Technologies Limited, the advanced materials arm of PTC Industries Limited, has successfully installed and trialled India’s largest 4500/5100 tonne Intelligent Open Die Forging System at its Strategic Materials Technology Complex (SMTC) in Lucknow.

Vacuum Induction Melting (VIM) for superalloys
Vacuum Arc Remelting (VAR) for large titanium castings
With the addition of large-scale forging, Aerolloy now offers a seamless, end-to-end value chain—from raw material melting and refining to precision casting and final forging—all under one roof.
