CM Yuva Conclave & Expo 2025: Empowering UP’s Youth!

Lucknow is gearing up to host a first-of-its-kind event dedicated entirely to youth entrepreneurship, innovation, and skill-based business opportunities — the CM Yuva Conclave & Expo 2025. 

This two-day mega event is being organised under the ambitious CM Yuva Udyami Yojana — a flagship mission of the Government of Uttar Pradesh to transform young job seekers into successful job creators.

Launched on UP Day (January 24, 2024), the CM Yuva Udyami Yojana is a visionary scheme aimed at enabling the state’s youth — aged 21 to 40 years — to set up their own businesses with interest-free, collateral-free loans of up to ₹5 lakh. This program is open to youth who have completed at least Class 8 and have recognized training or skill certificates in their chosen field.

The event will be inaugurated in the presence of the Chief Minister, with MoUs signed between government departments and over 20 leading universities from across Lucknow, Kanpur, and other UP cities. These partnerships will drive academic-industry collaboration, skill-building programs, and streamlined access to entrepreneurship resources.
