Indian Railways officials have announced the introduction of a special Vande Bharat train service between Lucknow and Chhapra in an effort to accommodate the high demand of passengers during the festive season. The Northern Railway Lucknow Division's passengers will have more options for transit thanks to the new service.
Indian Railways has announced that the Vande Bharat Express (Train No. 02270/02269) will operate on a limited schedule in October and November. Here are the details -
1. The train will leave Lucknow on November 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, and 8, as well as October 25, 26, 27, 28, 30, and 31. On the same dates, it will also return from Chhapra.
2. Eight AC Chair Car coaches, each with cosy seating for passengers, will be used on each trip.
3. At 2:15 PM, the train will depart from Lucknow and arrive in Chhapra at 11:30 PM. It will stop at various important stations along the way, such as Sultanpur Junction, Varanasi Junction, Ghazipur City, Baliya, and Suremanpur.
